FOREST BATHING WALKS
Pause. Breathe. Notice.
Guided forest bathing walks and mindful experiences rooted in presence with the forest.
The path reveals itself when we slow down enough to notice.
What is Forest Bathing?
Forest Bathing is the practice of slowing down and engaging the senses in nature. Inspired by the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-yoku, these guided forest bathing walks invite calm, clarity, and connection.
No destination. Just presence.
Benefits of Forest Bathing and Time with Nature
Research shows that spending time in nature and participating in forest bathing experiences can calm the nervous system, lower stress hormones, reduce inflammation, support immune function, improve mood, and more.
Many participants also describe feeling lighter, clearer, grounded, and more connected after each walk.
Inside the Experience
Together, we’ll move slowly, notice more deeply, and allow nature to do what it does best - restore.
Through mindful walking, sensory awareness meditation, gentle invitations, and quiet reflection, each guided nature experience creates space to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the living world around you. We often close with tea and community.
No experience necessary. Come exactly as you are.
